2025 MIE Bocce Club Games - Athlete Entry Payment

Dear Special Olympics Victoria Bocce Athletes,

You’re invited to register for the MIE Inter Club Bocce Games!
This event is open to all Special Olympics Victoria Bocce athletes competing in the 2025 MIE Games. When registering, you can nominate your home club.

🔹 Date: Sunday, 18th May 2025
🔹 Time:

• Registration: 10:00 AM
• Competition Start: 10:30 AM SHARP
  🔹 Venue: Veneto Club
  📍 191 Bulleen Road, Bulleen VIC 3105

📝 How to Register:

✅ Contact your Club Bocce Coordinator to register your entry.
✅ Pay the $3.00 entry fee via the "Pay Your Entry Fee" button.
✅ Registrations and payments close on Friday, 13th June at 5:00 PM. No late entries or refunds will be accepted after this date.

🏅 Competition Format:

• Singles event
• Athletes will be grouped into sets of 3 based on their entry score.
• Each athlete will play 2 timed ends against each group member.
• Depending on entry numbers, some groups may include 2 athletes (playing each other twice) or 4 athletes (playing 3 timed ends).
• Adjustments will be made if an athlete does not arrive.
• All athletes will receive a ribbon.

🥤 What to Bring: A labelled water bottle

🏅 Competition: 3 games, ribbons will be awarded.

🎳 Bumper Bowlers: Will compete in their own division.
👕 Dress Code: Athletes must wear their Club Uniform.
🥤 What to Bring: A labelled water bottle.

Important Notes

⚠️ All athletes must notify their Club Bowling Coordinator after completing payment.
⚠️ You must be a 2025 paid Special Olympics member to compete.
⚠️ Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
