2025 MOVING INTO THE NEW: Spontaneity and Creativity. A Psychodrama Residential Workshop
Event description
Spontaneity can be defined as the adequate response to a new or present situation, or an adequate and novel response to an old situation.
We are all born with spontaneity and creativity.
Where or how in your life would you like to respond differently?Â
We live in a world of constant change. Do you have adequate responses in the here and now to new situations?
Despite any uncertainty and fear we continue to find ways to be creative with our life and at other times we find ways to just get by.Â
This workshop will focus on what has been in the past and what is in the present and our variety of responses to that. And we will explore spontaneity and creativity and source these as we create and build on our vision for the next stage of our life.
PSYCHODRAMA: The psychodramatic method leads to the discovery of our potential and to learn and enact who we really are, rather than bending to old habits and out of date cultural conserves.  Psychodrama is called the drama of the soul, Theatre of Truth and Compassion and is a method that will involve group interaction and enactment. Participants will be expected to attend all sessions.
The learning of new skills may be emotionally challenging and participants are required to have abilities to support their life of evolving growth and should be participating in areas such as studies, employment and social and creative activities.
