Event description
The Network of Alcohol and Other Drugs Agencies gives notice that an annual general meeting of its members will be held:
Time: 12.00pm - 1.30pm
Date: 17 November 2024
Place: Online via Zoom.
This meeting is open to NADA member services only. For delegates to attend the AGM, membership fees must be paid and current. Only ordinary members have voting rights. The NADA Constitution is available on the NADA website.
Vero Voting
Before the AGM, you will receive access to the Vero Voting platform if you are the voting delegate or an appointed proxy, which can be accessed via a smartphone, iPad or laptop. Please search for the email from Vero Voting (support@verovoting.com.au) in your inbox or junk folder. If you do not have the Vero Voting email, please contact Jo at NADA.
Proxy Form
If you are a voting delegate and unable to attend the meeting at the scheduled time, you can participate by appointing a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. The proxy form is available here.
To be effective, return the proxy form no later than 5pm on Friday, 14 November 2025, to admin@nada.org.au. If you wish to register your apology, please email admin@nada.org.au.
Attending online
The online event will be held via Zoom. Zoom links will be emailed to registrants one week before and one day before the event.
