2025 North Market Downtown Apron Gala

Join us for the best local food party of the year! The North Market Downtown Apron Gala features music, drinks and a fun dining experience while strolling through the city’s historic market.

We’re taking the opportunity to thank our community for their support and our lineup of wonderful merchants for their hard work.

Proceeds from this event help North Market Downtown to preserve and renew a unique experience for all members of the community by nurturing local merchant entrepreneurship, providing fresh and abundant food and food-related merchandise.

Tickets:

• $125 Early Bird General Admission - if tickets are still available, there will be Last Minute General Admission tickets for $150 (day of the event). Because of the limited capacity of this event, please purchase your tickets early. Includes everything listed above in details.
• $150 VIP Ticket - only a limited number of VIP tickets are available. Includes everything in general admission as well as early access beginning at 6:30 p.m. for a pre-Gala reception, a special drink and additional, exclusive food tastes. VIP tickets will sell out, make sure to get yours early!

Attire: Aprons are encouraged at this fun, casual event, but comfortable shoes are a must. Dress to have a great time!

Where can I park for this event?

N orth Market Downtown parking is now located in the Vine Street garage. We strongly encourage guests to consider rideshare options for this event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, it is not necessary to bring a paper ticket to this event. If you do not bring a paper ticket, please make sure to have your digital ticket ready on your mobile device. Guests that do not have a digital or paper ticket ready can still be checked in by Market Staff. However, it is more efficient if you provide a paper or digital ticket.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

What is the Apron Gala?

The Apron Gala is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the North Market Development Authority, the non-profit organization that operates Columbus' historic public market. Money raised at Apron Gala sustains this unique community asset, helps maintain the historic 100-year-old building, furthers the mission of making fresh, local food more accessible, and supports the small business owners who get their start and grow their businesses as merchants in North Market.

What about food?

The Apron Gala is a fun party and the best local food celebration of the year. North Market Downtown merchants prepare unique dishes exclusively for this event, served in three courses: appetizers, main bites, and desserts. Ticket prices include fine wine and beer. VIP ticket prices include fine wine and beer along with a specialty cocktail.

What about entertainment?

Entertainment includes live music, a wandering magician, and more!

What is the dress code?

Guests should dress to have a great time at the high-energy event. Aprons are optional, but comfortable shoes are a must.
