Facilitated by  Fernanda Asti (life coach)

Time and Date: Saturday 11 Oct at 10 am

Place: Settlement Centre, 46G Boundary Road

This one-off workshop combines mindfulness and collage to create a space of calm, presence, and creative exploration.

Each session includes:

  • A short grounding exercise to settle the mind and open the senses

  • Guided prompts for personal reflection and mindful exploration

  • Hands-on collage practice using simple, accessible techniques

  • Gentle sharing and affirmations to deepen connection and meaning

  • A closing reflection to integrate the experience and carry it beyond the session

Intention

To provide a nurturing and uplifting environment where women can relax, explore mindfulness through collage, and reconnect with their inner voice. The workshop balances creativity with presence, encouraging self-expression and connection within a supportive group.

Outcome

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Learn simple collage techniques to spark creativity and confidence

  • Experience relaxation and mindfulness through art-making

  • Feel more grounded, present, and connected with themselves

  • Share a joyful and empowering creative space with other women

ABOUT the facilitator Fernanda:

Kia ora, I’m Nandita (Fernanda) — a visual artist, educator, and certified Life Coach. Originally from Argentina, I’ve called Aotearoa home since 2018, a place that witnessed my rebirth.

In 2024, after a near-death experience and a medical diagnosis, I turned to collage as my anchor for healing and presence. Out of this journey, I created Creative Presence — a practice that blends art, mindfulness, and coaching to nurture wellbeing and authentic self-expression.

With over a decade of experience guiding creative processes — from teaching at university in Argentina to working with communities here in New Zealand — I now dedicate my work to helping others reconnect, transform, and bloom through creativity.
