The symposium hotel policy requires a minimum of a 2-night stay. This policy supersedes the San Luis and Hilton general cancellation policy.

Free cancellation before 11:59 pm CST on 9/5/2025.

1-night room charge after 9/5/2025 through 10/3/2025 at 10:00 pm CST.

2-night room charge beginning 10/4/2025.

Changes to Reservations
