2025 Rotary Treemission Planting Sunday Helena River Catchment Group
Event description
Join Rotary members and friends for a productive morning in the fresh air helping to make our waterways healthier through planting native seedlings.

Location: Lakeside Drive, Riverside Reserve, Helena River. Please see map image above.
Parking: It is recommended that attendees park along Lakeside Drive on the grass on the park side. See red text on map.
Toilets: Available approx. 500m on the other side of the reserve. (marked in red text on map)
Access: The planting area is quite open and easily accessible.
Equipment: Planting equipment including gloves and planting tools will be provided.
What To Bring: Participants will need to wear enclosed shoes (ground will likely be wet, so waterproof boots are recommended) and sunsmart clothes that can get dirty (long pants long sleeve shirt, wet weather gear)
Also please bring water bottle, hat and sunscreen and wet weather gear.
Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and Water refills will be provided.
Please bring own snacks.
9:30am start, finish approx 12 noon
Please report to Kelly Gillen on arrival for sign in.
Helena River Catchment Group will conduct safety briefing.
