Entry instructions
Level access entrance: 3 steps to front entrance or use 2 ramps with handrails. 7 steps to the rear entrance. Entry door type: Manual door for front entrance: open inwards during building opening hours, 1.5 metres wide. Automatic sliding door for rear entrance: open 1.5 metres wide.

How to find a meeting room in the building: Go up the stairs or ramp at the front of the building and take the stairs or lift to level 1.

Toilet location
Toilets - 2 - RH and LH on ground floor. Non-accessible toilets on first floor.
Accessible parking
Customs House does not have onsite parking. Accessible parking – 1 mobility parking space at 45-54 Pitt Street, Sydney, around 300m from the venue. Users pay car parks are available in surrounding streets and at the Rocks.
