Event description

Round 2 of the South East QLD Strength Series will be held at Valhalla Strength South Brisbane on 31/8.

This is your next chance to accrue points for the 2025 SEQSS, and by accruing points and competing at the 2026 Brisbane's Strongest Man and Woman you can be crowned the series champion.

You must accrue points within a single class, and compete at Brisbane's Strongest within the same class to be eligible.

Events:

  • Farmers Walk - 25+25m - fastest time

  • Log Clean+Press - choice of logs - max points in 60s

  • Sandbag to Shoulder - ascending series - heaviest/quickest wins

  • Throwing Bag Yeet - cumulative distance in three throws

  • Going Doooooooown - descending height deadlift medley
