Are you a local Perth business selling dog products or services for dogs and dog lovers?

Register here to be a vendor at Dogtober by Beaufort Street Network! By registering for this event, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set out below.

About Dogtober
Our annual Dogtober event is back and at a new, dog park-adjacent venue with room for even more fun and zoomies for all the pups! The event held at Brigatti Gardens will feature

  • Stalls selling products for dogs and dog lovers 

  • The annual Beaufort Street Network dog show

  • Kids activity zone

  • And more!

The event - run by the Beaufort Street Network with support from the City of Vincent - aims to bring together local dogs and dog lovers for a day of fun.

On the day locals and visitors will be invited to meander through the stalls, join in the activities as well as visit local businesses.

Dogtober 2025

Where: Brigatti Gardens, 67 Wright St, Highgate (across the street from Jack Marks Dog Park, and just down the road from dog-friendly Forrest Park)

When: Saturday 25 October

Stall holder bump in: 7am

Markets open: 9am

Markets close: 1pm

Stall holder bump out: 1.30pm, fully exited by 2pm

Cost for stall holders: Just $50

Retail stalls will only be accepted if they sell products or services for dogs and dog lovers. The Beaufort Street Network reserves the right to refund bookings from applicants who do not meet this requirement. 

Local Beaufort Street (and surrounds) businesses are also invited to participate and should select the "Local Beaufort Street business" ticket option for a special rate. 

Specs

By registering to be a stall holder at this event, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to abide by the following specifics, terms and conditions:

Spaces are approximately 3m x 3m. Stall holders’ displays must remain within their assigned space.

Stall holders must provide their own equipment (such as marquees, tables and chairs). 

All infrastructure must be weighted appropriately and will be checked on the day by the event organiser. Failure to adequately weight infrastructure will result in a requirement to dismantle the item/s.

No structure may be larger than 3m x 3m. There are no exceptions.

Stalls must be free from trip hazards.

The presentation of stalls must be of a professional standard, and all goods sold must be of a high standard and quality.

Stall holders are responsible for all bump in and bump out requirements.

Stall holders must abide by the vehicle entry restrictions, as detailed below.

Stall holders must hold public liability insurance. Your certificate of currency must be forwarded to sarah@lovebeaufortstreet.com.au at time of booking.

It is the responsibility of each stall holder to ensure they have current, necessary licenses, insurances, practicing certificates or permission to sell the goods that they offer for sale in accordance with state and local shire regulations.

Photos will be taken on the night for use in various Beaufort Street Network, City of Vincent and related publications.

Please note electricity is not available on site.

Vehicle entry and parking
Vehicle entry will be communicated to stall holders the week of the event.

Parking is the responsibility of the stall holder. Paid and unpaid street parking on adjacent streets may be available, but is limited. The closest City of Vincent car park is about a block away on Harold Street.

Extreme weather and other disruptions

Dogtober will operate in all conditions unless extreme weather or other disruptions that are beyond the operator’s control compel the operator to close the markets for the safety of traders and the public. 

Stall holders should ensure that they are appropriately prepared for all weather conditions. All infrastructure will be inspected for adequate weighting on the day; failure to adequately weight infrastructure will result in a requirement to dismantle the item/s.

The operator will communicate the cancellation of an event via email and social media.
