Voice Activation Full Day Retreat for Practitioners who want to Channel Light Language and or their Voice in Song for their work.

This is not a ‘singing’ retreat, this is to clear old programming and energetics that is suppressing or blocking your voice and open up your channel for what wants to come through in your work. This could be light language, or songs, or other divine gifts.

This is fun, playful, safe, and explorative, including practical tools to explore your voice, toning and channel in a way that is authentically you as well as activities to clear your blocks, open fully and find your unique sound, message, voice.

This is for you if

🎶You are not sure what to do to open up your voice but you can feel it there

9am Root Chakra - clear old programs around lack of safety, activate root, note of C, element of earth, masculine, foundations, systems.

945am Ice bath break through limits and introduce element of water

1030am Sacral Chakra - awaken feminine, water element, note of D, clear linear timeline, awaken cycles, sensual and creative.

11am Solar Plexus - reclaim power, ignite fire element, note E

12 Cacao Ceremony and Opening the heart chakra - Quantum Leap Meditation

1230pm Lunch - Yummy Gluten Free Vegetarian Lunch

1pm Heart Chakra - Quantum Leap, opening your Quantum gifts, element of Air moving from Newtonian to Quantum realities, note of F.

130pm Pranic Breathwork Element of Air breaking through upper limits balancing Masculine and Feminine to recieve your universal gifts.

2pm Throat Chakra - Clearing old programing, distortions, activate the voice your unique sound, message, mission, note of G, element of sound.

230pm Third Eye - Element of Light, igniting your sight, your intuition, note of A

3pm Integration - Practice in Pairs

330pm Crown Chakra - Oneness - moving as one. Note of B.

4pm Voice Activation - Surprise guest to share additional vocal techniques, activities and experiences to open and strengthen your voice

5pm Light Language Sound Healing - Lie back and recieve, light language transmissions and sound healing to integrate the day and any final activations.

This is a very full day. Bring your instruments you would like to practice, awaken, integrate with your voice.
