2025 Volunteering New Zealand AGM

We warmly welcome you join us for our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 4th November from 12.30pm. This is an online only event.  

We will share highlights of our activities from July-24 to June-25 and there will be presentations by Michelle Kitney, Chief Executive, and guest speaker Ron Rowe on the International Year of the Volunteer 2026.

• This event will include presentations by our guest speaker Ron Row on reflections on International Year of the Volunteer 2026 and looking back to 2001.

• Key event documentation: Agenda AGM 2025 and draft AGM 2024 Minutes and Financial report YE2025 and report to members from reviewers Moore Markhams.

• The board is not presenting any remits to our newly registered constitution and we have not received any remits from members. We will be proposing that fees for the following year remain the same as they are currently.

• Volunteering New Zealand Members only may vote at the AGM on AGM business, with 1 voting person per organisation. A voting delegate must be authorised to do so on behalf of their organisation. You can check your membership status here: https://www.volunteeringnz.org.nz/membership/members-list
