Voting Closed:
Voting for the 8th Annual Geelong & Surf Coast Wedding Industry Awards™ closed at midnight on Friday, March 28, 2025, after 10 days of voting. The results are remarkable:

• 576 Newlywed Couples participated
• 387 Businesses Nominated
• 173 Businesses became Finalists

Finalist Announcement:
As a Finalist, you’re invited to join the Virtual Presentation on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 6:30 pm (Melbourne Time) via Zoom. Here, you’ll discover if your business has been voted by Geelong & Surf Coast newlyweds as a category Winner!

Important Registration Information:

To secure your place as a Finalist and participate in the event, follow these steps:

1. Click the “Register Now” Tab to purchase your ticket (1 ticket per category nominated).
2. Confirm your business details, including mailing address and mobile number.
3. Register separately for each business category or purchase enough tickets to cover all categories.

Registration Deadline: Friday, May 9, 2025

Additional Note: If your business qualifies in more than one (1) Category, you’ll need to register for each Category you are a Finalist.

Given the ongoing cost of living crisis, we offer two registration options:

• Option 1: FULL Marketing Collateral Package consisting of:

• Personalised Digital Certificate (DIY print)

• Option 2: DIGITAL Marketing Collateral package consisting of:

Zoom Presentation Access:

Once registered, you’ll receive a hyperlink to access the virtual event a week before the presentation.

Even if you do not win in your category, as a registered finalist, you will still receive:

• Personalised Digital Marketing Collateral
• Licence to use the Wedding Industry Awards™ Logo and Trademark
• Listings on the Wedding Industry Awards™ website and social media for #1winners, #2 highly commended, TOP3*, TOP5*5, or TOP10* recipients.
