2025 Wheelers Hill Year 12 Formal

The Wheelers Hill Campus Year 12 Formal is being held on Friday 28 February at the Vogue Ballroom, 399 Blackburn Road, Burwood East from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Tickets are $150.00 per person.  Please complete your booking/purchasing of tickets by Friday 31 January 2025.

By purchasing a ticket and acknowledging the CGS Code of Conduct for the Year 12 Formal when completing your booking, parents, guardians and caregivers provide consent for their child to attend the Formal.  They also acknowledge that their child and their partner agree to abide by the CGS Code of Conduct and that they are aware of their responsibilities. Please take some time to read this document located HERE. Students and their families are responsible for ensuring partners also read and abide by this Code of Conduct.

Booking your tickets:
It's easy to book! Once you have selected the tickets you wish to purchase and the table and seats you want to sit at, you have 15 minutes to complete your order. 

Can I choose my seats/where I sit at the table I choose?
Yes! Once you select your tickets, you will be able to choose your table and available seats.

Can I find where friends I wish to be seated with are?
Once you have selected your tickets, you will then be able to choose your table and seats. In this window, there is a search function that allows you to look up your friends you may wish to be seated with. This will show you which table they have booked and allow you to choose any available seats at that table.

Please Note:
The seating map is not the final floor plan. Please ensure you check the table allocations when you arrive at the venue.
