​* * *This Far North QLD sacred woman's circle, dance and sound journey includes a sharing circle, guided movement, breath, dance, sound and medicine drum.

No dance or any kind of experience necessary. This guided journey caters to all levels. You will be guided through the whole process tenderly, gently by Kathy Popplewell who has over 15 years experience in facilitating circles, women's space and dance and is a qualified yoga teacher, fitness instructor and laughter yoga teacher.
​
Open to women of all ages and stages of life 18 years and over (attendance of a girls 16+ can be considered upon request if attending with a mother, aunty or grandmother).
​
Space for up to a maximum of 15 women to join me in this empowering, nourishing and expansive sacred woman time event. Bookings essential. CURRENTLY 11 spaces available {availability updated with every booking.}

Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive and settle in so we can begin the event on time.

Bring
Cushion, bottle of water, towel or sarong and optional mat to sit/lay on.

Dress
Please wear clothes you can comfortably dance, sit and lay on the floor in. Layers recommended so you can strip down to the bare essentials and you heat up and layer back up as you journey into your dreaming.​​
