Event description

Another peaceful weekend retreat is on offer for the end of August 2025. The yoga over the weekend will include hatha with gentle flow, restorative yoga, and yin yoga with acupressure and myofascial release. The yoga is suitable for all levels including beginners.

The weekend also includes sound bath meditations, sharing circles, walking meditation, nature connection sessions, creative and uplifting workshops and shared meals.

It's a time to settle into a slower rhythm and simply be yourself. Connect within, with others and with the natural world.

The question is - would you prefer to retreat by the river or the scrub?

We have the option to stay in Mannum, with the fascinating bird life and the soothing flow of the river. Or we could spend the weekend in Douglas Scrub in Blewitt Springs, sharing the nature sanctuary with kangaroos and more fascinating bird life.

Both options are wonderful, with some differences in price and distance. Whether you are definitely in, or just a little interested for now, I'd appreciate if you could complete this expression of interest. Completing this expression of interest will just take a few minutes, and there is no cost and no commitment for now. But it will help me to decide what to offer.

Cost for Mannum is $325 or cost for Douglas Scrub is $375 for the full weekend including all activities, 2 nights accommodation, breakfast and snacks.

Twin share rooms, with limited private room options available for a slightly higher cost. Nourishing breakfast options are provided, and each person may bring one vegan or vegetarian meal to share, or prepare own food on site.
