Reflective practice is the habit of deliberatively and actively analysing our experiences in order to improve and develop.

Reflective supervision utilises the skills, philosophies and benefits of reflective practice to guide a professional supervision relationship.

The purpose of professional supervision is to support and improve practice, and to enhance practitioner wellbeing.

This course explores the nature and benefits of reflective supervision and teaches participants a suite of skills and approaches that can be applied in the workplace across a range of industry settings.

Topics include:

• Understanding proactive reflection
• Becoming a Reflective Supervisor
• Models and methods
• Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Creating agreements
• Facilitating supervision meetings
• Reflective tools: capabilities and techniques
• Practice and feedback

This course includes:

SCHOLARSHIPS
