In this collaborative event by Flow by Bridie & Sense of Flow you will melt through mat pilates, stretch & flow, sound bath & connection.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
At $150pp you will melting with the following:
Teddy’s Iced Matcha to open your session
Mat Pilates Session with Flow by Bridie

WHAT TO BRING
Your most open self
Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in
Water for the movement session, towels are welcome
Additional layers are welcome for the sound bath
Limited spaces available.
Please note that due to the sound bath we are unfortunately unable to have pregnant clients attend.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or cancellations are available, however you are more than welcome to gift your ticket if you are unable to make it. Please note this is as supplies will have already been purchased.
If you are gifting your ticket please contact us (senseofflow.au/contact) to inform us of the new attendee.
If minimum numbers are not met you may be contacted and provided with a refund.
