2025 Convention & Annual Meeting
The Hawai`i Cattlemen's Council Convention & Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of cattle producers and livestock industry stakeholders in Hawaii with growing attendance each year. We have several events and we hope to see you there!
Thursday, November 13th - WORKSHOP, Ulupalakua Ranch
An optional workshop is in the planning! Stay tuned for details on what we'll be focusing on.
Thursday, November 13th - 5:00 to 7:00pm - WATERING HOLE, Wailea Beach Resort
Join us for a welcome night social sponsored by Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions. Relax with a drink and pupus and meet some of the other attendees before we kick off the weekend.
Friday, November 14th - 8:00am to 4:30pm - CATTLEMENS COLLEGE, Wailea Beach Resort
The main event of our convention features a full day of education. Our Cattlemen’s College provides continuing education, industry updates, and discussion on our most crucial challenges. There’s something for everyone, from ranch managers and ranch hands to our friends who are industry supporters. Ticket includes light breakfast, buffet lunch, coffee & refreshments + access to all exhibitors and speakers for cattlemen’s college
Friday, November 14th - 5:30 to 10:00pm - BANQUET, Wailea Beach Resort
End the day with a happy hour and live entertainment. Enjoy a buffet dinner at our awards banquet and a lively live auction! All proceeds go to supporting the efforts of the Hawaii Cattlemen's Council's work for our paniolo.
Saturday, November 15th - 8:00 to 11:30am - ANNUAL MEETING, Wailea Beach Resort
Our Annual Membership meeting takes place on Saturday morning. A light breakfast will be provided and we will conduct our membership business.

EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS ON SEPTEMBER 30th. Prices will increase on October 1st.
Registration closes on November 1st at Noon. This is a firm deadline to provide headcounts to the hotel.
