2026 Advanced Placement (AP) exams at The King's School
Event description
At The King's School, we are proud to be one of the few schools in Australia offering Advanced Placement (AP) exams for both our own students and those in the community.
AP exams are a valuable opportunity for students to showcase their academic capabilities and time management skills. By performing well on the AP exams, students can not only gain admission to their preferred colleges but also potentially bypass introductory college courses as the content is equivalent. These examinations are held annually and can set applications apart by demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.
AP exams are conducted at The King’s School aligned with US College Board calendared schedule, typically held over two weeks in May each year starting at 8.00am and 12.00pm each day.
The cost for each exam is $500. Students wishing to complete multiple exams will need to complete a ticket for each exam.
Ticket sales will close on Sunday 8 February 2026.
Any refunds requested prior to Sunday 8 March 2026 will incur a $100 fee to cover the costs from College Board.
Any refunds requested after Monday 9 March 2026 will not be provided.
Once the sales have closed, you will receive an email with further instructions and class codes.
