Take your yoga practice to the next level with our Advanced Yoga classes, led by the wonderful Rita.
Designed for participants with at least 12 months of regular yoga experience, this class offers the opportunity to deepen your practice through more challenging sequences, refined alignment, and greater body awareness. While the pace and complexity increase, the focus remains on mindful movement, breath, and connection.
With her warm and supportive teaching style, Rita encourages students to build confidence, develop strength, improve balance, and explore new possibilities in their practice. Her clear guidance helps participants safely challenge themselves while respecting their individual needs and abilities.
