Dear @FirstName

Thank you for purchasing your tickets for @EventName. We look forward to seeing you there.

Your tickets have been emailed to you. To help us check you in quickly, please remember to have your tickets ready, either printed or on your phone.

You can self-manage refunds by using the manage order button located in your order confirmation email.

To ensure all families can attend, ticket purchases have been limited to 3 per order. If you indicated in the checkout that you would like to be contacted should additional tickets become available, you will receive an email closer to the event date. Any additional tickets will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that seating is not allocated. On the night of the event, all members of your group must be present to be seated together (we are unable to reserve seats for late arrivals). You may also be moved to a different seat if required, to accommodate accessibility or mobility needs.

No unauthorised photos or videos are permitted during St Andrew’s College productions.

Kind regards

St Andrew's College Ballet Academy
