ERG University equips every ERG champion with essential knowledge and a clear plan to run their ERG effectively.

Inclusive and flexible across time zones, individual leader needs and team changes

• Taught by Peer, Certified Expert ERG Trainers: All ELA trainers currently serve as ERG leaders or oversight managers, or have recently served in these roles, so they understand the unique challenges of ERGs firsthand.

• Open to all: No ELA membership required, though members get 20% off all ERG U classes. A number of ERG U tickets are also included in all organization memberships.

• Global Access: All classes are offered at least twice to accommodate time zones; some classes are also available in Spanish.

• Flexible Registration: Fully refundable up to 14 days before the date. Transfer tickets to another person anytime.

• Completely Hands-on and Outcome-based: Attendees leave with their associated ERG plans completed or a clear path to quickly finish what remains.

• ERG Leader Business Management Essentials -  One-hour intensives using one of the six ERG Leader Blueprints. Optional 30-minute Q&As. Register for one or as many individual intensives as desired. Get all 6 at a discount.

• Leadership Development Workshops: 2-hour sessions, including coaching skills for ERG Leaders,

• Executive Sponsor Training: Sponsors want to help but don't know how. Give them the knowledge and a personal game plan to support their groups effectively. 

Immediately applicable to ERG and all other leadership roles

• Invaluable Professional Development: ERG U classes teach critical business skills needed to lead an ERG, as well as for other projects or groups, including marketing, communication, coaching, budgeting, reporting, and managing others.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PDCs. After attending your class or workshop, you'll complete ELA's short PDC request form. We’ll email you the SHRM activity code for that specific session, which you can then submit to SHRM for your PDC credit.
