Inclusive and flexible across time zones, individual leader needs and team changes

• Taught by Peer, Certified Expert ERG Trainers: All ELA Trainers are currently serving as ERG leaders or oversight managers, or have recently served in these roles, so they understand firsthand the unique challenges of ERGs.

• Open to all: No ELA membership required, though members get 20% off all ERG U classes. A number of ERG U tickets are also included in all organization memberships.

• Global Access: All classes are offered at least twice to accommodate time zones; some classes are also available in Spanish.

• Flexible Registration: Fully refundable up to 14 days before the date. Transfer tickets to another person anytime.

• Completely Hands-on and Outcome-based: Attendees leave with their associated ERG plans completed or a clear path to quickly finish what remains.

• Executive Sponsor Training: Sponsors want to help but don't know how. Give them the knowledge and a personal game plan to support their groups effectively.
