🌿 Cairns NAIDOC in the Park 2026 – Stallholder Bookings

Cairns NAIDOC invites community groups, businesses, and organisations to be part of NAIDOC in the Park — a day to celebrate, uplift, and empower our mob and our future generations.

This year, we're offering two ways to join us as a stallholder:

🖤💛❤️ Community Stallholders and 🍴 Food Vendors:

You must apply first through an Expression of Interest (EOI - Check the website HERE).
Successful applicants will be sent a direct booking link to purchase your approved stall type.
These stalls are curated to ensure a strong, community-aligned event that honours local culture, diversity, and connection.

🎪 Pre-Set Stall & 🛖 Self-Provider Stall Bookings (General Access):

If you are booking a Pre-Set Stall (marquee provided) or Self-Provider Stall (bring your own compliant setup), you can book directly through this page — no EOI required.
Spaces are limited and first come, first served.

What's Included in Your Booking:

Pre-Set Stalls: 3x3m, 6x3m, or 6x6m white marquees set up for you, with trestle tables and chairs.
Self-Provider Stalls: Allocated stall space (3x3m or 6x3m) — you bring your own marquee, tables, and setup.
Food Vendor & Community Stalls: Allocated space + inclusions outlined in your individual stallholder info pack.

Important Information:

All stall types include a $ 100 or $200 bond, refunded after the event if all stall conditions are met.
No early pack downs allowed. Stallholders must stay for the full duration of the event.
Drop & Go zone available for quick unloading (strict 5-minute limit — no parking).
No power provided
