University House presents a journey through France's culinary history with Celebrity Chef Gabriel Gaté.
Join us for an extraordinary evening as renowned chef, author, and television personality Gabriel Gaté takes us on a fascinating journey through the rich history of French cuisine.
From the royal courts and bustling markets of centuries past to the regional traditions that continue to shape France's world-famous gastronomy today, Gabriel will bring stories, flavours, and the culture of France to life.
Accompanying this culinary exploration (menu) will be a carefully curated selection of wines from small, independent French producers, each chosen to complement the dishes and showcase the diversity and character of France's celebrated wine regions.
