2026 has been relentless and exhausting...

You may be limping to the 'end of 2026 finish-line' and wondering how on earth you will get through the Christmas chaos and then into the New Year with anything left in the tank.

You need to release the tension, the pressure, and the disappointments that are stored in your body, mind and spirit.

You want someone to guide you to clear all the 2026 energy that is hanging around in your system, keeping you tight, tired and overwhelmed.

You need to put some time aside - to rest, release, and re-balance - so that you can start 2027 feeling lighter, more open and abundantly energised.

Release 2026 & Energise for 2027 is just for you!

We hold our stresses and worries in our body - we get tight, achy, our immune system gets shakey, we lose focus and balance as we step out...

This year has been a great year for distractions - so that we look away from what is important to us, or makes us shine brighter,...

This workshop is a beautiful and gentle time to bring awareness to what your body is carrying, what your mind is whirling with, and what you would love to expand into and with.

You will leave feeling lighter, more energised and clear about 2027.

What is included for you?

Guided meditation and movement to release the stress from your body.
