2026 Learning Outcomes Symposium: Learning Outcomes in a Time of Renewal

The Program Planning Committee is pleased to invite higher education professionals to the upcoming Learning Outcomes Symposium, to be held at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto, Ontario on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Symposium will be held in person, with a mix of Keynote, plenary panels and concurrent session offerings.

NEW for 2026: Join us on Thursday October 22, 2026, for a half-day in-person (1:30 - 4:00 p.m.) interactive workshop, where participants will learn about the underpinnings of program-level learning outcomes and considerations for their practical application within programs of study. Each participant will leave the session with a greater understanding of how to support learning-outcomes based program design and implementation, and a broader support network for ongoing learning and professional development. There will be specific sessions for both college and university representatives.
