Changing or Cancelling Your Shift

We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help:

• If it’s more than 30 days before your shift, you’ll get a full refund.

• If it’s 14–30 days out, we’ll refund 50%.

• If it’s less than 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule, as we’ve already started preparing for your session.

Thanks so much for your understanding—we really appreciate it!

Why Volunteer Numbers Matter
