Introducing our keynote speaker, Munir Shivji, Executive Director of the American Montessori Society.

Munir Shivji serves as the Executive Director of the American Montessori Society (AMS), where he leads with a visionary commitment to advancing Montessori education in a dynamic and interconnected world. With more than two decades of experience in educational leadership, program development, strategic growth, and advocacy, Munir is a driving force behind AMS’s continued evolution and impact.

Under his leadership, AMS has expanded its global footprint and launched several transformative initiatives that have deepened organizational partnerships, advanced research, and empowered Montessori educators and school leaders across diverse communities.

A credentialed Montessori educator, Munir’s background spans both classroom practice and executive leadership. His work is guided by the core principles of Montessori education, ensuring that the Method continues to serve as a powerful catalyst for human development and social progress. 

It is required to fill out each ticketholders information and session choices, This helps us book the correct size room for each presenter, making sure there is adequate seats.
