Symposium Hotel Cancellation Policy

The symposium hotel policy requires a minimum of a 2-night stay. This policy supersedes the San Luis and Hilton general cancellation policy.

Free cancellation before 11:59 pm CST on 9/4/2026.

1-night room charge after 9/5/2026 through 10/3/2026 at 10:00 pm CST.

2-night room charge beginning 10/4/2026.

Changes to Reservations

Early checkout must be made by 10:00 pm CST 10/4/2026. Changes after 10:00 pm CST 10/4/2026 will result in a 2-night room charge.

Name and date changes must be made through the hotel where your reservations are confirmed.
