2026 ~ Ritual Ground: Women's Circle, Cacao and Sharing
Description
Ritual Ground is a monthly women’s circle, a sacred space to pause, soften, and return to the wisdom within. Together we step out of the noise of daily life and into a slower rhythm, one rooted in presence, sisterhood, and ritual.
This is a space to land, to be witnessed, and to remember the beauty of gathering in intentional circle.
Each month includes:
🌿 Ceremonial cacao to open the heart
🎶 Singing to awaken voice and spirit
💗 Intimacy practices to deepen connection
🔥 Deep sharing in a held, supportive space
Please bring:
A journal and pen
A bottle of water
A medicine drum (if you have one)
A willingness to be present and open
Reading glasses if you need them
Important: Doors close at 6:25pm. To honour the integrity and safety of the space, late entry is not permitted. Refunds or transfers will not be issued for late arrivals, thank you for arriving on time and helping us hold this sacred container.
This circle is for women - a place to reconnect, reflect, and be held in community.
💫
✨ A Note on Ceremonial Cacao We’ll be sharing ceremonial-grade cacao during our gathering; a sacred plant medicine known for opening the heart, enhancing connection, and deepening presence. While cacao is generally safe and nourishing, it is a powerful plant ally, so I ask you to read the following guidance to ensure it’s supportive for your body and your journey.
🧡 Please be discerning and use only a very small amount of cacao if: You’re taking antidepressants, especially SSRIs or MAOIs; cacao may interact with these medications. If you are on heart medication; cacao is a gentle stimulant and can increase your heart rate and decrease blood pressure. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; small sips are usually fine, but check with your care provider if unsure. If you are sensitive to caffeine; cacao contains theobromine, which has similar stimulating effects. You experience migraines; cacao can be a trigger for some. .
💧We recommend: Staying well hydrated. Please bring a bottle of water.
💫Trusting your intuition: if it doesn’t feel right for your body today, honour that. Even if you choose not to drink the cacao, you are absolutely welcome to be fully part of the ceremony and receive its medicine in your own way. The heart-opening happens in many forms. If you have any questions or health concerns, please reach out before the event. I want you to feel safe, supported, and held.

FAQs
- What happens at a Ritual Ground circle?
Ritual Ground is a guided women’s circle held in an intimate container. Each gathering includes grounding practices, guided reflection, paired sharing, open circle time, and a simple ritual element such as cacao, altar work or seasonal ceremony.
You are always invited, never forced, to share.
- Do I have to speak?
No. You are welcome to share, pass, or simply witness. There is no pressure to perform, fix, or advise. The circle honours each woman’s pace.
- Is this like group therapy?
No. While the space can be deeply meaningful, Ritual Ground is not therapy. It is a facilitated circle for reflection, connection and community. Personal responsibility and mutual respect are foundational.
- I’ve never been to a women’s circle before. Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Many women attend alone and for the first time. You will be gently guided through the process, and nothing is required beyond your presence.
- What should I bring?
A journal, a pen, water, reading glasses and anything that helps you feel comfortable such as a cushion or shawl. Specific details will be sent prior to each gathering.
- Is the circle confidential?
Yes. What is shared in circle stays in circle. This is a core agreement to ensure safety and trust.
- Can I join the closed circle?
The closed container runs separately and is by application or invitation when spaces open. The open circle is a beautiful way to experience the work and connect with the community.
- What if I’m feeling anxious about coming alone?
It’s completely normal to feel that way. Many women arrive not knowing anyone. The space is warm, welcoming and gently facilitated so you can settle at your own pace.
- Who is this not for?
Ritual Ground may not be the right space for you if:
• You are looking for therapy, crisis support or clinical mental health care
• You prefer debate, fixing or giving advice rather than reflective listening
• You are seeking networking, social status or purely casual conversation
• You are unwilling to honour confidentiality and shared agreements
• You are not open to respecting diverse experiences and perspectivesThis space is grounded in presence, personal responsibility and mutual respect. It asks for honesty, gentleness and willingness to sit with yourself and others.
