• What time do doors open?

  Doors open for this event at 6pm.

• What time should I be seated by?

  Please be seated by 6:30pm. Appetisers will be provided upon arrival.

• How do I get to Malvern Town Hall via public transport?

  Malvern Town Hall is well connected by Melbourne's public transport network, making it easy to reach from across the city.

  By Tram
  Several tram services stop within a short walk of the Town Hall. The most convenient is Route 16, which travels along Glenferrie Road and stops near the venue. Depending on your starting location, Routes 5 and 64 may also provide convenient access to the surrounding area.

  By Train (Metro Tunnel Network)
  Take a Metro train to Malvern Station on the Frankston Line. From the station, Malvern Town Hall is approximately a 10 minute walk. With the opening of Melbourne's Metro Tunnel, travel from many parts of the city is now faster and more direct, with improved connections across the network.

  By Bus
  A number of bus services operate through Malvern and the surrounding suburbs, including routes that connect with nearby train and tram services. Check the PTV Journey Planner for the most convenient route from your location.

  By Taxi or Rideshare
  Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber are readily available throughout Melbourne and can drop passengers directly outside Malvern Town Hall for the most convenient door to door option.

• What parking is available at Malvern Town Hall?

  A range of parking options are available for visitors to Malvern Town Hall, however spaces can be limited during busy periods and major events.

  Free Parking
  Limited free parking is available at the rear of the Town Hall, accessible via the surrounding local streets. Additional free parking can often be found around the nearby Malvern Cricket Ground and surrounding reserve areas.

  Street Parking
  Limited on street parking is available in the streets surrounding the venue. Time restrictions and payment may apply, so please check local signage before leaving your vehicle.

  Public Car Parks
  There are several public car parks within walking distance of the Town Hall, providing additional parking options when on site parking is full.

• What is the menu for the night?

  We will be providing you with a full Mauritian cuisine, courtesy of Big Mum's Kitchen including:

• What is your refund policy?

  Refunds are available for tickets up to 3 days prior to the event. Refund applications close on Wednesday 21st October at 11:59pm. Contact info@sacim.org.au to request a refund.

• Is this a BYO drinks event?

  Yes, please BYO and drinks you wish to consume throughout the night. All food is provided.
