Wisdom and Wellbeing 2026 Season 4

Coherence

Most of us spend our days pulled in different directions. The mind races ahead, the body lags behind, and the heart gets whatever is left. It's no wonder so many people feel scattered, even when life looks fine from the outside.

Coherence is what happens when things begin moving together again. This season we explore it in three ways.

Within. Breath, heart and attention falling into the same rhythm. The body has its own ways of finding steadiness, and much of the work is simply making room for them.

Between. The quiet pull of people moving in time with one another. When a group settles into a shared rhythm, something happens that no one could create alone.

Beyond. The sense of belonging to something larger than ourselves: the land, the seasons, those who came before. A longer story that holds our own.

Alongside the practices, we'll step back to look at what's happening beneath the surface. How the mind, nervous system and immune system are in constant conversation. Why the heart's rhythm matters more than we once thought. And how different parts of ourselves, and different people, can come into harmony without anyone having to become less of who they are.

As always, no experience needed. Just a willingness to notice what happens when things come back into rhythm.

If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the ongoing sustainability of the program. We also believe strongly that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services.
