LOCATION: Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre

PARKING: Wilsons Parking offers secure on-site parking and flexible rates. Enter via 7 Cavendish Street. Other on-street parking available around the venue.

STUDENT ARRIVAL: 3:45pm - to run through the Graduation proceedings.

WALA MIRR THEATRE OPENS (for Graduation Ceremony): 4:30pm for 5pm start (sharp). Please allow time for tickets to be scanned upon arrival. You will be allocated seating upon arrival at the discretion of the Event Coordinators & Venue staff.

Please note: No prams, large bags or suitcases are permitted inside the theatre.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS - Families requesting additional tickets will be notified on their availability as soon as possible.

SHARED PARENTING FAMILIES - Allocation of additional tickets will be prioritised for Shared Parenting families. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Cancellation Policy 
1. Cancellations: Cancellations made after Thursday 5 November WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND (in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Venue Contract).
2. Refund Process: If you cancel your reservation on for before 5 November, a refund will be issued. Please contact an Event Coordinator.
3. Ticket Transfer Option - If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual.

BOOKINGS & SEATING ARRANGMENETS

BEFORE BOOKING: If there is another family you wish to share a table with, please arrange this with them prior to booking. Both families will need to make a seperate booking using the same table number.

If there are other families with whom you would like to be seated near, please indicate on the booking form and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

• There will be a maximum of 5 tickets available per student (including the student). Please remember you will need to purchase a ticket for the student also.

• Tables seat a maximum of 10 people.

• Seating arrangements and table allocation are at the discretion of the organisers.

NOTE: PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL SEATING PLAN OF THE EVENT. It just allows the booking of seats on a table. The table number and location is subject to change. Also note - some tables may be consolidated if small booking numbers apply.

Serving of Alcohol
Alcohol will be available at bar prices.  As it is a licensed venue, no alcohol can be brought onto the premises. Students are to supply proof of identification and also their own ticket to enter the venue.
