Spring represents a time of new beginnings and new visible growth.

After the season of shorter days and deep inner work, we are now at the threshold of considerable change. 

This is the season to be courageous, to follow our joy and listen to our inner calling. So much has changed in recent years, and so much has been revealed.

This Spring, in the year of the Fire Horse, we may feel the pull to be authentic, speak our truth and move towards our dreams and desires.

We understand that we choose what we give our attention to, and that we carry both much conditioning and ancient knowledge within us.

At this Immersion, we will share our experiences and understanding of peace and joy, without judgement.

Through guided reflection, gentle conversation, and shared presence, you’ll be supported to slow down, tune in, and listen to your own inner wisdom.

Ceremonial, dairy-free cacao and a healthy afternoon tea are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing.
