Description

The Tilba Festival is on! Join us on 26 September 2026 to celebrate our talented community and local heritage.

Applications are now open for Stallholders to participate in the Festival. Applications close at midnight Saturday 5 September 2026.

To submit your application simply select the category/s that apply to you and complete the application form.

Submitting an application, and/or payment of any applicable fees is NOT a guarantee of selection for the festival.

STALLHOLDERS

Stallholders will be asked to pay the applicable fee upfront. Applicants will be advised about the success of their application by/before 6 September 2026, at which time, the Tilba Festival will refund unsuccessful stallholder fees in full (less booking fees).

You will be asked to provide various details about your product, publicity information, and details of your public liability insurance (and to upload a copy of your certificate of currency).

Stall dimensions and costs - please note that powered site are very limited as Tilba is a heritage village with minimal options for additional power. If you require power to your stall, you must book a stall PLUS a 'power to site' ticket.

  • 3m x 3m unpowered = $100

  • 3m x 3m powered = $150

  • 3m x 6m unpowered = $200

  • 3m x 6m powered = $250

  • Food Truck/Caravan = $300

Equipment - Stallholders must provide all their own equipment, shade/shelter, tables etc. .

Power - Powered stall sites are very limited. Power to stalls must be purchased in advance (via this booking portal). Stallholders who have not booked and paid for "powered site" prior to 5 September 2026 will not have access to power on the day - no exceptions.

Stallholders are asked to provide their own extension leads which are suitable for outdoor use and have been tested and tagged by an Electrician within the previous 12 months. You will also be asked to provide the electrical specifications/requirements of the equipment you intend to bring with you. If you arrive with untagged power leads, they must be tagged and tested by our onsite electrician at a cost of $10 per item.

Stallholder operations - Stalls are required to operate from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Saturday 26 September 2026. Stalls can close earlier if they are out of stock, however, you will not be able to vacate the stall until bump out commences. The Tilba Festival is cashless; you're welcome to use cash at your discretion, however we encourage you to provide EFTPOS facilities to ensure all customers can purchase your product/s.

Bump in/out - Stallholder bump in will be between 6.30am and 9am; bump out will be from 4pm. Detailed bump in/out information (including maps, parking locations etc) will be provided to all participants closer to the date.

Risk Assessment - All stallholders and entertainers will need to complete a Risk Assessment prior to the Festival, and again on the day of the Festival. The form/s will be sent to successful applicants after 5 September 2026.

The Tilba Festival acknowledges the Djiringandj people of the Yuin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land, sea and sky where the Festival is held. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and honour their continuing connection and custodianship.
