Caulfield Campus Valedictory Dinner – Class of 2026

We look forward to welcoming you to the Caulfield Campus Valedictory Dinner, a special school event celebrating the graduating Class of 2026 and their journey through Caulfield Grammar School.

Please join us for pre-dinner drinks from 7:00pm, with a prompt 7:30pm start.

Tickets & Guest Information

Due to venue capacity, invitations are limited to each Year 12 student and two guests (i.e. parents, guardians, caregivers or two close relatives). This ensures we can accommodate all current Year 12 families.

Students are required to sit with their families. The majority of tables can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, with a limited number of tables available for 12 guests. Once these larger tables are booked, the venue is unable to accommodate any further requests.

Please note that bookings exceeding the permitted number of guests may be cancelled and refunded. We kindly ask all families to respect the two-guest limit when booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Tickets include a three-course dinner, along with a selection of wines from local wine regions and beverages from local breweries.

Please note: Students in the graduating Class of 2026 will not be served alcohol at this event.

Tickets must be purchased by Sunday 27 September.

Tips for Booking Your Tickets

What if tickets appear to be sold out?
Due to the high demand when ticket sales open, the booking system may temporarily display tickets as sold out. This is often the result of website traffic rather than ticket availability. If this occurs, please wait five minutes before trying again.

How long do I have to complete my booking?
Once you have selected your tickets, table and preferred seats, you will have 20 minutes to complete your purchase.

Why do I need to provide guest details?
Guest names and dietary requirements help us ensure all attendees are seated appropriately and any catering requirements are accommodated.

Can I choose who sits where at my table?
Yes. After selecting your tickets, you can choose your table and allocate guests to specific seats.

Can I find where friends and family are sitting?
Yes. The search function allows you to locate friends or family by name, view their allocated table and select available seats at that table or nearby.

What if I don't know all my guests yet?
That's fine. Guest names and dietary requirements can be added after your booking is confirmed. Your confirmation email will include an 'Edit your order' link, allowing you to update these details at a later stage.

Will table arrangements ever change?
Following the close of ticket sales on Sunday 27 September, Caulfield Grammar School reserves the right to reconfigure table arrangements, including combining tables or relocating entire table groups, to accommodate seating of up to 10 guests per table. Groups will remain together and will not be separated as part of this process.

Important Information About Alcohol & ID

Adult guests will receive a wristband from venue security upon arrival to identify guests who are permitted to be served alcohol. Guests may be required to present valid photo ID upon request.

Acceptable forms of ID under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 include:

  • Australian Driver Licence

  • Victorian Learner Permit

  • Victorian Proof of Age Card, or equivalent from another Australian state or territory

  • Keypass Card

  • Australian or foreign passport

Please note that students in the graduating Class of 2026 will not be served alcohol at this event.
