2026 Volunteering New Zealand AGM

We warmly welcome you to join us for our Annual General Meeting on Monday 2nd November from 12:30pm. This is an online only event.  

This event will be led by Volunteering New Zealand board members and include presentations and reflections on the International Year of the Volunteer 2026 and our 25th year.

Key information and documentation:

• Key event documentation including Agenda, Minutes of previous AGM and any information on remits will be sent to participants prior to this General Meeting.

• Volunteering New Zealand members only may vote at the AGM on AGM business, with 1 voting person per organisation. A voting delegate must be authorised to do so on behalf of their organisation. You can check your membership status here: https://www.volunteeringnz.org.nz/membership/members-list
