2026 Growth in Recovery: The Heart Practices
Description
Recovery Dharma's Growth in Recovery events focus on the pillars of the Recovery Dharma program and help to strengthen our paths of recovery. This creates an opportunity for learning and to practice in community, while providing greater accessibility for members of our global sangha.
2026 Growth in Recovery is a transformative two-day experience centered on the Heart Practices—appreciative joy, compassion, equanimity, and loving-kindness. Through guided practices, reflective workshops, and shared community, participants will deepen self-awareness, strengthen recovery tools, and cultivate a heart-led approach to sustainable growth and healing. Each day will run the same schedule, with different content.
9:30am-3:30pm PT/12:30pm-6:30pm ET/5:30pm-11:30pm GMT/4:30am-10:30am AEST (Next day)
