Julie Holunga, Fractional Culture & Leadership Partner
Julie Holunga is a Fractional Leadership & Culture Partner who works with professional services firms to strengthen leadership communication, trust, and alignment where it matters most: inside everyday decisions, conversations, and moments of pressure. She partners with senior leaders and leadership teams who recognize that culture is shaped less by strategy and more by what leaders consistently model, reinforce, and tolerate. Julie helps organizations close the gap between leadership intent and lived experience by clarifying expectations for communication, feedback, and decision-making, and embedding those expectations into how teams actually work together. Known as a steady, trusted partner, Julie helps leaders navigate difficult conversations, build confidence in moments that matter, and create healthier leadership dynamics that support both people and performance. Her work is grounded in the Trusted Voice Paradigm®, a practical framework that supports clear, credible leadership communication under real-world pressure. Julie previously worked at Harvard Business School supporting leadership development initiatives with senior leaders and organizations, an experience that shaped her belief that leadership development only works when the surrounding culture reinforces the behaviors leaders are being asked to practice. Julie started her career in the Capital Gifts Development office at Harvard University. Check out Julie's TEDx talk on the power of leadership language, and DisruptHR talk on how silence is suffocating cultures. She lives in the foothills of Denver, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and skiing.

Alison McQuillan, CEO at The Streamliners®
Through my career in accounting and business intelligence, I learned to see patterns others miss. I watched billion-dollar railroads lose millions to simple rounding errors and saw how manual processes were burning out even the most efficient teams. That's when I discovered most companies don't realize how their core business functions are quietly eroding their bottom line, often in ways that never show up on a P&L. Today at The Streamliners®, I help companies in the $15MM-$100MM range untangle these complex operational challenges, the ones that start small but snowball into organization-wide train wrecks. Because the last frontier of EBITDA improvement isn't about increasing revenue – it's about making your existing operations work smarter. I know I've succeeded when my role becomes obsolete. That's exactly how it should be.
