The Ipswich Home & Property Expo 2027, proudly presented by the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce, will bring together homeowners, renovators, property investors and local businesses on Saturday 24 April 2027 from 10:00am–3:00pm at the Ipswich Showgrounds Events Centre.

Following the success of the inaugural Expo, this event will once again showcase the businesses, products and services helping locals build, buy, renovate, improve and invest in property.

With more people actively choosing to support local, the Expo provides a fantastic opportunity for Ipswich and regional businesses to connect directly with customers looking for trusted local expertise and solutions.

Positioned as the region’s premier home and property event, the Expo will showcase building, renovation, landscaping, interiors, property finance, real estate and professional services — all under one roof.

What’s Included

Each exhibitor space includes:

• Pre-installed booth structure

• One trestle table

• Two chairs

Exhibitors are encouraged to present a professional, branded display. Branded tablecloths, signage and marketing collateral are recommended to help your business stand out.

A coordinated marketing campaign will promote the Expo across social media, local radio and newspapers, outdoor signage and digital communications, with a strong focus on encouraging the Ipswich community to discover and support local businesses.

Key Information

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• All exhibitors must hold current Public Liability Insurance.

• Booth locations, excluding sponsors, are allocated by the event organisers.

• Exhibits must remain in place for the full duration of the Expo.

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own waste removal and any damage to hired equipment.

Bump-In & Bump-Out

• Bump-in: Friday 23 April 2027 – 2:00pm–5:00pm*

• Bump-out: Saturday 24 April 2027 – 3:00pm–5:00pm, following the close of the Expo

*Any alternative arrangements require prior approval from event organisers.

The event organiser reserves the right to charge an early pack-up fee to any exhibitor who commences pack-up, dismantling or removal of their booth prior to the bump-out time.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, registration fees will be refunded, less any transaction processing fees.
