This two-day conference will move beyond simply knowing the science of reading to exploring the science of instruction. Participants will learn how explicit, systematic teaching, targeted intervention, meaningful collaboration, and strong schoolwide systems can accelerate learning and help ALL students become successful readers.

Our outstanding Thursday keynote presenters include:

Donna Hejtmanek, a leading literacy advocate and founder of Science of Reading: What I Should Have Learned in College.

Jake Daggett, a highly engaging presenter who brings energy, movement, and practical instructional strategies that educators can use immediately.

Jeanne Schopf, accomplished author and editor of Reading Isn’t Optional, who will share tools and insights to strengthen literacy instruction for upper elementary, middle, and secondary students.

On Friday, Angela Hanlin, coauthor of It’s Possible!, will challenge and inspire educators to build effective instruction, targeted interventions, collaborative teams, and sustainable schoolwide systems that ensure every student receives the support needed to succeed.
