Guided Tour followed by Wine and Cheese in the Museum’s Courtyard
Discover the Low family’s French connections through personal letters, artistic treasures, and memorable European adventures. From Andrew and Mary Low’s honeymoon in France in 1854 during which Mary’s portrait was made, to Juliette Gordon Low’s account of visiting the newly constructed Eiffel Tower during the 1889 Paris Exposition. Explore the family’s connections to French art, culture and history. The forty-minute tour concludes with wine and cheese in the Museum’s historic courtyard.
