  2. - Be committed to your own weigh-in every Monday morning by uploading a photo of your feet on the scales into this group if you are happy to share! (its a secret group so only members see) or send a photo of your feet on the scales to your coach if you are shy! Please take full responsibility in doing this don’t have your Coach chasing you for this! (this is your journey)
  3. - Be in contact with your Coach regularly for accountability

This is a very interactive focus group, your are encouraged to post images, quotes, ideas etc as well as support those who do!

The more engagement we have, the more INSPIRED you will be to stretch for that goal!! Remember for change to happen you have to change what you have been doing!! Our team of coaches are dedicated to help you make the change you want to see!
