    21 Day Winter Challenge

    Sunday 30th June - Sunday 21st July

    What is it?

    21 Days to kickstart your yoga, movement and meditation journey and feel amazing this Winter. 

    As we move into the darker, cooler months, you may be feeling less motivated to do things that you know make you feel good. It’s easy to hibernate and stay inside, and whilst its important to get more rest in the Winer and honour the natural cycles of less light, we also need movement, connection and practices that remind us to be grateful for life. Too much time staying inside on screens isn’t great for our mental or physical health. That’s why I’ve organised a 21 Day Winter Challenge, to motivate us all to stay committed to the practices that spark joy. 

    How does it work?

    The challenge is to attend 12 classes at the studio over 21 days. That’s 4 classes a week, which we recommend for lasting change. If you do more, that’s amazing, but the challenge is to attend 12 as a minimum over the 21 days. There will be a chalk board at the studio where you’ll pop your name and a tally for your classes. 

    There’s an opening circle, in studio, on Sunday 30th June 6:00pm - 7:00pm. In this circle Clare will lead a meditation and pranayama practice and offer teachings on how to stay motivated this Winter. You’ll have the optional opportunity to share any intentions you have for the 21 days. Then we end with a closing circle in studio on Sunday 21st July (corresponding with the Full Moon!). This will be a chance to celebrate our achievements and share any challenges.

    For everyone else it’s $160 which includes 21 days unlimited membership.
