21st September Connect With Freedom- SPIRITUS Breathwork & Somatic Healing

Hosted at the beautiful space in SoulPod in Richmond we are going to be using the incredible power of Spiritus Breathwork & Somatic healing to allow you to heal on a deep physical and energetic level, let go of what no longer serves you and expand you beyond your current reality.

Spiritus Breathwork uses altered states of consciousness to allow you to drop out of the thinking mind and come back to the body where past emotional wounds can be healed and allow you to connect with your inner child and higher self to bring about profound healing and insights. 

Energy work will be used throughout to help move energy through the body to allow you to heal on a deep somatic level as well as through the layers of your energetic field (mental, emotional, spiritual and soul).

I will call in guides, ancestors and light beings to create a safe, nurturing and healing container for you to heal and evolve.

I will use a specially curated music list with positive lyrics and vibes to assist the session.

OCULAR ISSUES- Eg detached retina or glaucoma. Due to breathwork increasing intra-ocular pressure

HEART DISEASE/ ATTACKS OR IRREGULARITIES

HIGH OR LOW BP THAT IS NOT CONTROLLED

OSTEOPOROSIS

ASTHMA- We can still do the session as long as you have your inhaler with you at all times

ANEURISM/PAST OR PRESENT

STROKES

BLOOD THINNING/ANTI-CLOTTING MEDICATION

BIOPOLAR/SCHIZOPHRENIA

IF HOSPITALISED IN THE LAST 10 YEARS FOR EMOTIONAL CRISIS
This could be a Nervous System breakdown, attempted suicide, spiritual emergence or any other serious emotional crisis. You will need to provide an all clear in writing from your health care provider to ensure you can work through the emotions and energy that may be experienced.

PTSD-If the PTSD is complex unfortunately you won’t be able to join. If you do have PTSD then please make sure your therapist can help you process through anything that arises. Also written approval from your therapist will need to be shown to prove you are grounded and able to participate in a deep breathwork session.

OTHER PHSYICAL/PSYCH/MEDICAL CONDITONS
Anything that would impair or effect the ability of yourself engaging in breathwork. Eg. fractured bones ect as the body can move and shake due to the nervous system unwinding tension.

HEAVY MIND ALERTING MEDICATIONS- Antipsychotic/ depression/ anxiety medications.

RECREATION DRUGS/PSYCHEDELICS/PLANT MEDICINE
Needs to be at least a week since last ingested prior to our session together

INTOXICATION
No alcohol within 48 hours of our session together.
