Year 11 & 12 Drama - Accidental Death of an Anarchist
Event description
A maniac—posing as a judge—sneaks into a police station to investigate the suspicious death of an anarchist who “fell” from a window during interrogation. Through sharp disguises, fast-paced wit, and absurd humour, he exposes the lies, corruption, and the incompetence of the police. All while turning the investigation into complete chaos.
Exploring themes such as the abuse of power and corruption, truth versus manipulation, justice and accountability and the responsibility of authority, this explosive political farce is as relevant today as ever—bold, biting, and brilliantly funny.
Suitable for mature audiences including Year 10 – 12 students. Strong language, references to violence and death and mature themes.
