24 Days of Features Overview 2025

All events listed below are open to the public. If tickets are required, a registration link will be provided in the description.
Dec. 1: Double Down on Gift Cards. On Monday, December 1st, buy $50 worth of gift cards for 8Eleven Modern Bistro, for The Spa Union Club Hotel, Boilerhouse Prime, or The Union Club Hotel itself and get a $25 gift card for free! No limit. Blackout dates apply for all. According to reservation availability.

Dec. 2: "Santa's Angels" Flight at Boiler Up Bar. Take off and get into the holiday spirit with a flight of 3 festive whiskeys for $30: Angels Envy, Angels Envy Triple Oak, and Angels Envy Rye. Only available between 11 a.m. and midnight on Tuesday, December 2nd at Boiler Up Bar.

Dec. 3: Tree Lighting Ceremony. The annual lighting of the 25-foot Christmas tree will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3. Stick around in the Great Hall to enjoy musical performances and light refreshments. Also, after the grand event, step into the Union Club Hotel lobby for a meet & greet with a special visitor and festive beverages as you revel in the holiday atmosphere.

Dec. 4: Wreath Making Class (1 of 2). Join us & 21 Petals Flower Farm on the 2nd floor of the Union Club Hotel for this creative opportunity to craft a meaningful part of your holiday decor. Class from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tickets here.
Dec. 5: Polar Express Night. All aboard for an unforgettable evening of family festivities! Festive activity start at 5 p.m. and the film begins at 6:30 p.m. Christmas pajamas are encouraged! Tickets here.

Dec. 6: Breakfast with Santa. Enjoy the most important meal of the day with Jolly Old St. Nick himself! Tickets here.
Dec. 7: Hogwarts Dinner. Join us at 8Eleven Modern Bistro for our annual Hogwarts-themed four-course dinner with a cocktail paired with each course. Tickets are required and space is limited! Register here.
Dec. 8: Merry & Bright at Clubhouse Bar & Grill. Get a free appetizer with the purchase of 2 cocktails. Available only at Clubhouse Bar & Grill. Limit one per every two customers.

Dec. 9: Leaps' Ugly Christmas Sweater Selfie. Post a selfie in your ugly sweater, tagging Leaps, then show a barista the post, and receive a full punch card! Punch card qualifies you for a free specialty coffee. Note: Ugly sweater does not have to be worn at Leaps (though the baristas would love it!), and the photo does not have to be from December 9.

Dec. 10: A Partridge and a Purdue T at 8Eleven & Boiler Up. Guests wearing Purdue gear receive 15% off their bill. Purdue logo must be visible. Valid only Dec. 10, 2025. Gratuity, tax, and alcohol not included.

Dec. 11: The Winter Makers Market. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season to stroll among festive vendors where it's warm and cozy! From 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. grab your locally-crafted gifts and stocking stuffers in the South Ballroom at the Purdue Memorial Union. Sip cocoa and snack on goodies while listening to live holiday music as you shop. Dec. 12: Ho Ho Hold the Tab. Take 20% off your whole tab at 8Eleven or Boiler Up Bar on this date only - does not apply to alcohol, tax, or gratuity.

Dec. 14: Holiday Cocktail Class. Impress your guests this holiday season by mastering the art of cocktail making in a festive, hands-on class at The Gemini Room at 8Eleven Modern Bistro. Join fellow cocktail enthusiasts in an intimate setting where you'll learn to craft seasonal drinks from a professional mixologist. Choose from two class times and enjoy a cozy, holiday-themed atmosphere perfect for learning and mingling. Whether you're hosting a holiday party or just want to elevate your bartending skills, this class will leave you with recipes, techniques, and confidence to shake things up at your next gathering.

Dec. 15: The Giftwrapping that keeps on Giving. This holiday season let your generosity overflow, while saving yourself the mess of paper, ribbon, and tape. Allow the associates at the Union Club Hotel to tackle even your most challenging of presents between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. in the lobby, for a donation of any amount. Proceeds will go to Lafayette Food Finders.
Dec. 16: Frosty Fingers & Mistle-Toes - BOGO 50% at The Spa. Book a manicure at The Spa on December 16, and enjoy a pedicure at half price. The perfect way to get your nails holiday-ready. Treatments must take place by January 31, 2026, to keep your sparkle shining through the season! Tax & Gratuity not included.

Dec. 22: Leaps Cozy Treat. Get a free pastry with purchase of any specialty beverage at Leaps on Monday, December 22, 2025.
