FAQs

  • I can no longer make it to the festival, can I resell my ticket?

No, you cannot re-sell your ticket as the name on the e-ticket must match that of the person entering the Festival. Please contact ticketing@dorrigofolkbluegrass.com.au to request a refund or defer your tickets to next year’s festival.

  • Are tickets available onsite during the festival?

Yes! However, we strongly suggest purchasing your ticket online.

  • Can I camp at the Festival?

Yes, you can book here on our event page. Powered Camping books out the quickest. If you have a health condition which requires Power please contact ticketing@dorrigofolkbluegrass.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate you. Camping is sold per person.

  • Are pets allowed?

We LOVE animals but unfortunately we do not allow pets at the Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival site or camping grounds.

Campers and Festival Goers with Assistance Animals may attend with them. Please contact us prior to the Festival if you plan to travel with an Assistance Animal.

Assistance animals can provide a variety of support to alleviate the barriers people with disability experience in daily activities.  In addition to animals that assist people who are blind or have low vision, assistance animals can also provide support to people who are Deaf or hard of hearing; for people who require physical support for mobility or other functional tasks; people who are experience episodic and serious medical crisis; and people who experience psychiatric disorders.

The Assistance Animal must be suitably trained to be taken into public areas.

  • What can I expect the weather to be?

Dorrigo is on a plateau so come prepared for all weather conditions! Typically the nights are cold and the days are warm and sunny. The Festival has often received a small rain shower.
